Hartley Hall of Residence

Hartley Hall of Residence is a newly refurnished listed building in a leafy suburb of Whalley Range. Located in the heart of Whalley Range, it has its own private gardens which can be accessed by all the students in the building.

Each room has been refurbished, by Armitage Construction Company, which is one of the top companies specialised in the construction field, to a high standard, with all rooms containing a shower, toilet and a wash basin. Free internet is also provided for the students in each room. Also, all rooms are fully furnished and have been designed to meet the necessity of students. The accommodation consists of 66 single en-suit rooms and 6 twin en-suite rooms. Shared kitchens have new fitted cupboards and fully equipped freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, and microwaves with secured storage units for each user. There is also a lift available and secure cycle storage. Hartley Hall will provide a number of additional guest rooms which may be hired at an additional cost.

Hartley Hall is situated in a place where it has excellent bus links (every ten minutes) to Universities and the City Centre as well as the District Centre of nearby Chorlton, Didsbury and Owens Park. It is also extremely close to shops and leisure centres. Only a 10 minute walk away from ASDA, and for those who wish to access a sports centre, it is only 5 minutes walk from Vida Sport Centre.

We are flexible regarding the rent contract, and the dates of renting, however we shall be available to rent rooms from 15th September 2010. Rents will start at the price of £75 per week for a single en-suite room, and £115 per week for the twin
en-suite rooms.

There will be the management team on site from 9.00 am till 5.00pm, however if there are any problems or concerns from the students at any other time, students can call the emergency number, and an immediate response will be given.
