A public university based in Northampton, Northamptonshire, England the University of Northampton was formed in 1999 when a number of training colleges merged together. It was in 2005 that the institution gained full university status.
Currently, the university has invested about £330 million in the Waterside campus

Northampton is situated 90 minutes from Leicester Square in central London and within convenient reach of major centers such as Birmingham, Luton, Milton Keynes and Leicester.
