Housing

Point Park University provides four on-campus dormitories. Thayer Hall is a 10-story building with air-conditioning and rooms for double or triple occupancy. Lawrence Hall is a 21-story building with private baths for each room. Conestoga and Pioneer Halls are apartment-style residence facilities. High speed Internet access, cable TV and telephone service are available. Dormitory living at Point Park University means easy access to classes, dance studios, student lounges, the library, the recreation center and the excitement of downtown Pittsburgh. Students who could live at home often decide to live in one of the University residence halls so that they may enhance their total college experience. Resident meal plans are provided. Off campus housing averages $400 – $700 per month for a single bedroom apartment.
